Is it healthy to play guitar hero for 13 hours straight when your'e only 2 ft. away from your television?

Okay, so I'm at a friend's house. He said that we should have a contest on who played guitar hero the longest and we had two tv's and two systems so we started that after we got setup and all. Apparently, I won with a record of 13 hours and 11 minutes and 34 seconds. My friend said he was feeling woozy and had nausea and only went to 9 hours, 5 minutes and 43 seconds. Is he going to be okay? I felt that way but my eyes were blood red, I was throwing up for 2 hours, and felt dizzy for 4 hours. Should I quit playing guitar hero for the rest of my life and lose all my expertise skill?
