Shouldn't the MVP award go to a deserving candidate?
If the NBA wants display good things about their league what has been a better story for the league than Chris Paul? His average of 20 points 10 ists hasn't been accomplished in a really long time. I think Kobe is great but MVP's don't publicly rip their teammates. One could even argue for Lebron but indirectly he has also stated the cavs team wasn't good enough before the cavs-bulls trade. Chris Paul hasn't complained about his owners lack of spending. And he makes the game easier for his teammates. He's also had to deal with a temporary relocation. All three are deserving on the court but the award should also exemplify character.
