How do I approach my roommate? after he...?

Me and my roommate never talk ever. We were just randoms stuck together co-existing and everything was going fine for the first 6 months. Now I have a problem, my roommate for the last two nights has come in I ume drunk into the dorms. Fine, whatever for both nights we both fall asleep when suddenly I am awoken by strange sound. It's the sound (I think) of liquid moving. I thought i was just tired but when I woke up there was a wet spot on the carpet and my computer was slid over and there was a weird smell in the air. I didn't see my roommate until he walks in drunk again yesterday but I was already in bed and nearly asleep. Then I was awoken again by the same thing except this time there was no spot. I thought he just pissed himself in bed or something. Unfortunately about two hours ago I opened my drawer, where all my text books are to find a puddle of liquid sitting on top of my books. Sigh...I def have to talk to him about compensating for my text book unfortunately i haven't said a word to my mate for about two weeks now. Its time a have to break this silence for a very awkward conversation but how do I talk to him about what he did?
