Northern California versus Seattle, Washington?

Well Northern Califonria is very nice place to live anywhere in Northern California is nice The San Francisco Bay Area Very expensive compare to rent is crazy and real estate is crazy too. there not too much greenery there in NC so your best bet is Seattle, WA because people there are so cool and plenty of greenery even though it rain a lot there still a great place to live green and clean there. anywhere in west Washington such as Port Townsend, Port Angeles along those area are so beautiful you would like it there I hbeen there and my dad and my step mom almost bought a house there but downpayment was just too crazy. it was going to be $80,000 downpayment I could not believe it. I thought it was gong to be $40,000 downpayment. Northern Califonria about average of 20,000 to 40,000 downpayment cost of living. so Hummm if I wre you I would go with Seattle, WA and go for it!!!!!!!
