What is Shirk in Islam?

Leaving Islam and then completely destroying Islam. Or, putting someone in the rank of Allah (swt), as equal. Repenting in three days, of course, Allah (swt) is all forgiving all merciful. However, this forgiveness comes from the heart, nobody knows about it except Allah (swt).
