Does drinking cause mouth ulcers or make them worse at all?

Its not the liquor if that's what you want to know. I mean its not that the liquor was touching your mouth. BUT drinking will lower your immune system so if you have something like that about to come or something it will make it worse. Same as if you were getting a cold and you drank the cold would probably get worse that it would have been to begin with
