In the Louisville case of the dead 4 year old, should the parents be criminally charged?

No caring parent is going to let a 4 year old child play unobserved in a parking lot for hours on end. Total neglect and should be reflected on the parents. They may have done it, the murder I mean, but I wonder if they'll ever find a third party to this child's death? This is not the type of parenting that I find acceptable. And they definitely should be deported and not made a fuss over as thngs are too gray to believe. I wouldn't let my four year old play in a parking lot to begin with, let alone unobserved!
