Lost Chihuahua?

My male dog Rocky has been missing since the night of October 31St around 7PM. He was last seen on 53rd Street between Chambers and Locust, Milwaukee, WI. He's brown with floppy ears and white fur on his tummy, paws and tip of tail. He weighs 4lbs. He was not wearing his collar at the time.
