The original Kingdom Hearts, what do I do next?

I've locked Wonderland, Traverse town, The Deep Jungle, Agrabah, and Atlantis. I've completed monstro. I've beaten the first two cups at the Olympus Coliseum. Some walkthroughs say to go to halloweentown next, some say go to Neverland. I don't see either of these worlds. I have lots of warps on my map, and two worlds that I cant view or depart to. One of those worlds has six stars next to it, and the other has seven. Cid keeps telling me to come back when I've found both navigation gummies, where are they?
