What number is available for imigrants (indoentados) that are abused by employers that don't end up paying?

I heard that there is a number for helping those imigrants that work for employers that end up not getting paid because they abuse imigrants knowing that they cannot claim anything and the employers take advantage of this. I cannot spell it correctly but it is pronounced Ri Wash (or something like that) I would probably need it for the Miami-Dade are (Florida state)
