Infection spread to my brain?

hey guys, ive recently said, that ive got a perforated eardrum, im on antibiotics for it to kill any infection i think, if it dosent heal all by itsself i have to have surgery on it, but today i woke up, and ive got the worst headache going, its all achy all on the top front, and sides, and im scared that if theres infection it has spread to my head ?... can anyone help me on this please, and no silly or abusive answers please x
