Why does everyone say tylonol for a fever in infants!?

Tylonol is great for pain but doesnt contain any fever reducers, only motrin does, why is everyone giving the advice of tylonol for fever?! I have double checked and yes most doctors say tylonol, for PAIN not fever. Please tell me why you all say tylonol for fever...
