One of my friend has a low sperm count... Please guide me for that as i want to help him.Is there some remedy?

Please guide me for the remedy for low sperm count.. i have heard from somebody that Bakaen ki chaal , uske leaves aur uski nibori ko sukha kar aur pees kar powder bana lo aur subah aur sham ko lo to yeh problem theek ho jati hai.. Is this true or false ..Please guide me..
