How can i get my money back totalling $180.00 from ESI American Leisure who debited my visa card?

I had been ripped off from these so called ESI American Leisure/homesource/Easy Saver since January 2008 till present. They took 3x $19.80 every month. Will they ever return back the money they took? i am just pissed off right now coz the money i have was taken and ripped off from me that they are like thieves rampant nowadays. Is there any ways that the banks can prevent them from taking away money from us? They should return back my money doubled coz i could have used that money for my bills. It was unfortunate that i had to find out 3 months later coz before im not really used to checking my bank statements coz i had full trust with my banking security. Now, i gotta be cautious and meticulous in checking my statements for unwarranted and unknown withdrawals.
