CSI Question ?

It was announced by CBS that Grissom is leaving mid-season because William Petersen feels it's time for a change. The Grissom character will be available to come back in the future for visits, but no mention was made of Sara Seidle. The producers were asked if they didn't feel that both Grissom and Warrick Brown leaving would devastate the show and - of course - they said no.
