Zombie Deck Help??????????

Right now you have a pretty solid deck! Maybe consider swapping a Cauis for ryu kokki. In addition, you might want to play with Painful Choice instead of Foolish Burial. Its really a preference thing, but it could work. Also, a book of life might not be a bad idea since this is a zombie deck. You can reuse your plaguespreader without activating its effect. I also notice you're missing mezuki, which is a must.
